We are Kitchen Garden’s Website/Blog of the year 2019!

Last Month we recieved a very exciting email! The January edition of the Kitchen Garden magazine will feature “Britain’s Best Allotment Gardener’s” and Don’t Crop Me Now has been selected as Kitchen Garden’s ‘Website/Blog’ of the year 2019.

Kitchen Garden is Britain’s “best specialist magazine dedicated to those who love to grow their own fresh fruit and vegetables”. The magazine has regular features on all aspects of growing your own produce – on an allotment or in a garden.

The judges said “Although Rachel’s site is still in it’s infancy it has some great posts already including some delicious recipes and even a ‘how to make lavender soap'”.

We were very shocked, and quite humbled, to recieve this award! Our first blog post was published in July and there are plenty of well established allotment bloggers out there.

Motivated to continue sharing our allotment growing, cooking and making adventures, watch this space – 2020 will be an exciting year!
